Shipping Policy

At Clérose Beauty and Wellness, we're committed to delivering your products as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policies:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
  • Domestic Shipping: Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after the shipping date.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Free Shipping: We're thrilled to offer free shipping for orders totaling $150 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
    • Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
    • If an item is returned, and the remaining total no longer qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Important Note: Clérose Beauty and Wellness reserves the right to modify or cancel the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your Clérose Beauty and Wellness purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

14-Day Returns & Exchanges 

If you're not satisfied with any product purchased directly from clerose.net, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. Simply email us at hello@clerose.net with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll provide you with return authorization and instructions to get started.

Return Conditions 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items (including but not limited to lip products, applicators, and any item with a broken safety seal), unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Final Sale Items 

Please note that all gift cards, trial-sized products, promotional items, and marked sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • 배송 기간: 미국 국내 배송은 출고 후 영업일 기준 5~7일 정도 소요됩니다.
  • 해외 배송: 현재는 해외(미국 외 지역) 배송 서비스를 지원하지 않고 있습니다.
  • 무료 배송 혜택: 총 결제 금액이 $150 이상(할인 적용 후, 세금 제외)일 경우 무료로 배송해 드립니다.
    • 무료 배송은 알래스카, 하와이, 푸에르토리코를 포함한 미국 전 지역의 일반 배송(Standard Shipping)에 적용됩니다.
    • 상품을 반품하여 최종 구매 금액이 $150 미만이 되는 경우, 초기 무료 배송 비용은 환불 금액에서 차감됩니다.

유의 사항: 무료 배송 조건 및 혜택은 브랜드 사정에 따라 사전 공지 없이 변경되거나 종료될 수 있습니다.

 

반품 및 교환 안내

클레로스 뷰티앤웰니스는 고객님이 제품에 언제나 만족하시기를 바랍니다. 받으신 상품에 불편한 점이 있으시다면 아래 내용을 확인해 주세요.

14일 이내 반품 및 교환

공식 홈페이지(clerose.net)에서 구매하신 상품은 배송 완료일(배송 조회 기준)로부터 14일 이내에 반품이나 교환을 신청하실 수 있습니다.

신청 방법: hello@clerose.net으로 주문 번호와 함께 반품 또는 교환을 원하는 상품명을 적어 이메일을 보내주세요. 확인 후 접수 절차를 친절히 안내해 드리겠습니다.

반품 조건

반품 및 교환은 사용하지 않은 미개봉 상품이어야 하며, 모든 밀봉 스티커와 패키지가 처음 상태 그대로 유지되어 있어야 합니다.

화장품과 스킨케어 제품의 특성상, 개봉했거나 사용한 제품(립 제품, 어플리케이터, 밀봉 라벨이 훼손된 제품 등 포함)은 위생과 안전을 위해 반품 및 교환이 불가능합니다. 단, 상품이 파손되었거나 불량인 상태로 도착한 경우는 제외됩니다.

반품 배송비

  • 고객님 사정에 의한 반품: 상품에 문제가 없으나 고객님의 사정으로 반품이나 교환을 요청하시는 경우, 이에 발생하는 왕복 배송비는 고객님 부담입니다.
  • 오배송 및 불량: 상품 불량, 파손, 또는 오배송 등 브랜드 과실인 경우 배송비는 전액 당사가 부담하며, 반품용 선불 라벨(Prepaid Label)을 발급해 드립니다.

환불 안내

반품하신 상품이 도착하여 검수가 완료되면 환불 진행 여부를 이메일로 안내해 드립니다. 환불이 승인되면 영업일 기준 5~7일 이내에 처음 결제하셨던 수단으로 환불 처리가 진행됩니다. (브랜드 과실을 제외한 초기 배송비는 환불되지 않습니다.)

반품 불가 상품 (Final Sale)

기프트 카드, 체험용 제품(트라이얼 사이즈), 프로모션 증정품, ‘세일(Sale)’ 표시가 된 할인 상품은 구매 후 반품이나 교환이 불가능하오니 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다.
